A firm built for
owners by someone
who's built things.
We've been writing software for over 25 years. We've shipped through every era of the web - and survived every “next big thing.” This is the firm we wish our clients could have hired twenty years ago.
A note from the founder.

The firm I'd have wanted as a client.
I wrote my first paid line of code in 1999 as a student. I've been writing software for clients ever since - through every web era, through “mobile-first,” through “blockchain everything,” and now through AI. The technology changed. The pattern didn't.
Every business I've ever worked with had the same problem dressed up in different clothes: hidden bottlenecks the CEO can't see, and a team running on heroism instead of systems. The tooling never fixed it. The pivots never fixed it. The new hire never fixed it.
What fixes it is a senior team that has done it before, who can sit at your table, tell you the truth, and ship the highest-leverage thing first. That's the firm we wish our clients could have hired twenty years ago - so it's the firm we built.
We don't sell hours. We don't sell hype. We don't sell decks with stock photos. We sell outcomes that compound - and a calm person at the other end of the engagement.
From a student's first website to production AI.
A short, honest version of how the firm got here. Every line was earned by shipping something - not by chasing a buzzword.
How we actually operate.
Eight principles. We hire to them, we engage by them, and we walk away from work that violates them.
Outcomes, not hours.
We don't bill for activity. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. If we burn more hours, that's our problem - not yours.
One senior accountable.
Every engagement has a named senior owner. No rotating juniors. No "your account manager has moved on."
Tell the truth early.
We push back on bad ideas before they become bad invoices. If we think you should kill a feature, you'll hear it on the first call.
You own everything.
Code, infrastructure, documentation, decisions. Bus-factor of one is a smell. We refuse to be the only people who can run your software.
Build for the owner.
The CEO is the customer of the system, not just the buyer. If you can't read your own dashboard, we haven't shipped it.
Proven beats trendy.
We default to mature, well-trodden tools. Novel is reserved for novel problems. Most problems aren't novel.
Diagnose before you build.
The two-week diagnostic is our default opening move. Anyone who skips it is buying the wrong thing on purpose.
Walk away cleanly.
Every engagement has an exit plan. We aim to leave the business permanently stronger and self-sufficient. Lock-in is a failure mode.
The firm, in numbers.
Remote-first. Three timezones.
We don't pretend the world is flat. Senior people in three timezones means client coverage across most working hours - and considered handoffs in between.
Work with the firm directly.
Every strategy call goes to a senior - never an SDR. Thirty minutes, on the record, no pressure. We'll tell you what fits or who else to call.
